Limited Warranty
Great Lakes Home & Resort extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original consumer purchaser of any Great Lakes Spa.
Ten Year Structrual Warranty
Great Lakes Home & Resort warrants the spa shell against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for a period not to exceed the lesser of ten (10) years from the date of purchase or ten (10) years six (6) months from the date of manufacture.
Five Year Surface Warranty
Great Lakes Home & Resort warrants the spa surface against cracks or blisters caused by defective materials or workmanship for a period not to exceed the lesser of five (5) years from the date of purchase or five (5) years six (6) months from the date of manufacture.
Three Year Component Warranty
Great Lakes Home & Resort warrants the mechanical equipment, pump seal, plumbing, fittings and controls against defects in workmanship for a period not to exceed the lesser of three (3) years from the date of purchase or three (3) years six (6) months from the date of manufacture.
